Personal Trainer Bio

My name is Michelle Key, owner and founder of Key2Fitness Professional Personal Training. With over 12 years of experience helping Kitchener-Waterloo with their fitness needs, Key2Fitness has the knowledge and expertise to assist anyone regardless of their level of fitness.

I have been physically active since the age of 12. My interests through the years have included karate, weight training, biking, swimming, recreational team sports, fitness competitions and competitive running. In between all of that, I had two wonderful, busy children yet have remained committed to a healthy lifestyle. Wanting to help others enjoy and benefit from exercise, I became a group fitness instructor and eventually a fully certified personal trainer. Having started out working at a large gym, I didn’t feel the members were being taken care of once they signed up for their membership. I wanted to give people the best possible training but was limited because of their policies. This led me to start Key2Fitness. I offer many options including coming to your home or office in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, or I have a gym in my home with the latest quality equipment.

I am EXTREMELY confident that you WILL achieve results from my experience through fitness seminars, research and of course the best learning tool of all, hands on training with many different types of clients. It doesn’t matter if you have never lifted a weight, are training for a marathon or are just bored with your current routine and have stopped seeing results; I have the program for you! Results for weight loss and toning can be seen in as little as 3 hours a week, so you can’t use the excuse “I don’t have the time to commit to an exercise program”.
